Im having my first external audit work!
somewhere near taman jurong [thought of jojo~]

early this tues, took a cab there with senior aloysius and my audit partner jeremy.

anyway, not free to blog it all now.

that should be the pretty the first time talking to Jeremy i guess.
before that, the interaction's only passing him his paperwork when im using the printer or him holding the door for me this slowest tortoise to get through..

on our first day at client place, client treated us to thai cruisine restaurant.
kind of silent at the table, the 3 of us only pick the nearest dish..
hp dropped and senior straightaway pick it up for me..
cold dish, senior ask to pick for me and i whispered "alittle is enough", lucky he only pick a little 'cos its pretty spicy and i still need to pretend its nothing..

lunch's over, and everyone got up and that's pretty surprising that someone will pull the chair for me? senior can be pretty gentleman at times..

2nd day, only jeremy and i audit at client's place.
went lunch with client's staffs, he pay the drinks and took the drinks for me.
pay for the claypot rice and initiate to serve the rice even though he doesnt really know how to, and pass it to me first..

we went for dinner at vivo after work, 'cos the audit department people wanted to give him a farewell meal..

8 dishes for 7 people.
Jeremy asks me whether do i want the prawn or something, and auntie linda just snapped loudly at him "you dont ask her! when there's a lady sitting beside you, you should just pick for her!"

and then on, he learned.. haahaa..
3rd day, client treated us to thai cruisine again!
this time, as i help myself to the long beans dish just sitting infront of me, he pick the chicken from the center of the susan and place it on my plate before helping to himself.. haha.. thanks..

and since the first two taxi trips where i take the front seat, the next two time, he in turn took the front seat then. the fifth time, he joined me at the back seat, and he got a little oops-i-forgot-to-take-the-front-seat reaction.

all of them know im attached, so, they're really being gentleman...

yet, those who are closer to you, probably just forgot how to give respect to a lady..
